Shipping policy

It is the customers full responsibility to read and understand both the shipping and processing policy of the specific product. 


Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.


Mija Linda is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, unforeseeable events preventing order from being fulfilled, transfers from one carrier to another in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment. 


Mija Linda on occasion will offer shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if customers spend over a certain amount. These promotions can change or be terminated without notice.

 

Pre order and Made to Order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page, usually 2 weeks after order is received. 


Mija Linda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You should immediately contact the shipping provider if your order tracking says “Delivered,” and you have not yet received your package. A claim should be filed with them if they are unable to locate your package.  


Mija Linda is not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will cover the fees to reship the order. 


If the order is too large to fit in one shipment, it will be split into multiple shipments. 


Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail®

Currently only shipping domestic orders. 

Domestic orders will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks of the order being received unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please allow 2 weeks for the item to be delivered once shipped. You will get an email notification from us when your order ships, with tracking information. This timeframe excludes any pre-sale items. Pre-sale orders will be shipped on the date in the item description. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for checking the descriptions for items on pre-sale for any changes in estimated shipping date.

For orders consisting both Pre-Sale items and regular items, Mija Linda will ship the regular item first and then the Pre-Sale item will be shipped once it becomes available or in the case of Made to Order items, when it is produced. For items consisting of Pre-Sale items with different estimated shipping dates, they will be shipped according to the timeframe in the product description.
