Refund policy
Orders sent to the wrong address due to a customer providing an incorrect shipping address will not qualify for return or exchange. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the correct address is provided.
In the case that an item arrives to a customer damaged or the wrong item is received, Mija Linda should be immediately contacted through mijaxlinda@gmail.com within 7 days so the issue can be addressed. Mija Linda holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
Returned or exchanged items must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund or exchange:
- All items must be in original condition. All items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
- Proof of damaged item must be provided within 7 days of item being received, through images sent to mijaxlinda@gmail.com prior to return or exchange being accepted.
- If the wrong item is received, customers must provide order number and proof of the wrong item being received, within 7 days, through images sent to mijaxlinda@gmail.com prior to return or exchange being accepted.
- Made to Order and personalized items are final sale and do not qualify for return. This is due to the items being quality-checked prior to being processed and shipped. Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be canceled, modified or returned for a refund. This included Made to Order items that are bought as gifts for other individuals.
- Customer must be able to provide receipts or proof of purchase. Refunds are only provided to the original form of payment.
In the case of a return or exchange being accepted, return labels are not provided by Mija Linda. Therefore, customers will have to return the order at their own expense. If the return or exchange is accepted, the customer should contact Mija Linda in order to get an address to send the items to.
